Trent Kerr
Head chef Trent Kerr has been working at Sassy Italian Restaurant since its opening in 2019. Working alongside owner Ele Troise, he brings 26 years of experience to the kitchen.
Alongside working with Ele at Pronto on Flinders in Melbourne CBD, Trent has worked in London and across Europe, further developing his craft and love of cooking.
He has also played leading roles at some of Melbourne’s iconic venues. The Point in Albert Park and The European in the city, to name a few.
Trent and the team welcome you to an authentic dining experience at Sassy Italian in West Melbourne.
